MCGSMUN aims to cultivate an educational atmosphere aligned with our mission and providing a safe and equal space for all the participating delegates. 

All participants, including delegates, head delegates, faculty, delegation leaders, guests, secretariat, staff, and board members, are required to uphold professionalism in their speech, actions, and appearance during our conferences. The conference reserves the authority to prohibit individuals who violate these standards from continued participation and may impose restrictions on future registration for those unable to meet the conference's expectations. 

These guidelines serve to articulate explicit expectations and foster a respectful and professional environment.
